Yes, I believe the electrolyte stuff to but not sure how to prove it to myself. This week I have taken a larger dose of magnesium but not difference as yet. It does make me feel calmer but still getting the jolts as soon as I close my eyes. I often take blackstrap molasses but haven't for a while and will re-visit it ASAP! could valium still be effecting me even though have had none since May? What an awful drug. So tempting to take when I feel the way I do now but the withdrawel was such an awful experience it keeps we away from it.
Have you had this problem and cured it?
