I can't write too much detail. Am too tired. I don't drink coffee or coke or any of that rubbish. I need to be able to sleep without waking with a panic jolt every two minutes. If you know anything about this Hypnic Jerk problem could you please post your wisdom. I am not interested in taking medication as I believe this started to be chronic after withdrawing from valium in May.

I already have the EFT information book.
