Ok

Every since I had my first child 9 years ago I have had a case of kidney stones yearly. Usually just a day or two of excruciating pain and I pass them. Been to the hospital about 4 or 5 times. Most I have stayed is overnight for observation since my kidney was swollen. I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE. I seen a new urologist last week and he took a scan and saw I had 5 kidney stones two in each kidney and one in my bladder. After Thanksgiving I had a bad spell with the kidney stones and I thought I passed two. I cant believe there are 5 in there. I have to do something. I am doing a 24 hr urine to get analyzed he sent me to get blood work.... I want to do a cleanse PLEASE SOMEONE PLEASE Some one... Someone that knows the pain of a stone that knows how excruciating it is help me. Help me cleanse my body, help me change my eating patterns and help me cleanse my kidneys and fast to loose the extra weight if possible. I am looking for suggestions and personal experiences.. Stats I am about 35lbs overweight I dont drink soda or coffee. I do eat chocolate occasionally. My diet does consist of some of the high oxalte things but I just dont know what to do...


I am desperate.
