Before this Water Fast I was more excitable you could say. 14 days later and I feel so calm, more rational, I don't get angry with people so often and am more accepting.

I have always wanted to make these improvments in my life, now I'm thinking that the stimulants/toxins I was ingesting were affecting my real personality. Is this theory correct and will I remain this way post-fast?
