I have to agree, it looks like you need more calories -you won't stick to a diet of salads and olive oil. You'll be hungry and bored! What I'd recommend is using a site like http://www.fitday.com to track your calorie intack while you're adjusting to your new diet, and make sure you aim for around 1200-1500 calories if you want to lose weight. More energy is needed if you're exercising a lot everyday.
Then once you've comfortable with your diet and have an idea of how much you need to eat, don't worry too much about counting the calories :) It should just be natural, by listening to your body you'll know how much you need to eat. But it's hard when you're converting to a healthier because your body isn't used to it!!
