The Oxypowder gave me diareah and left me feeling extremely drained even after 3 colonics.
I then used the Colonix program. I "went" everyday but didn't really feel any better. I felt like the colonix was $150 fiber.
I have done a couple of enemas.
I am almost at my wits end with this stuff. I am finding no relief.
I probably need to change my diet but it is so hard. I don't eat THAT BAD.
