Thanks for letting me know your experience with the capsules.

I bought some apple pectin capsules today. I was thinking the same... less calories and I just don't seem to be able to drink enough juice, so I will eat a couple apples and supplement with the capsules. I haven't done a Liver Flush yet still working up the courage. : ), but planning to do one soon.

I found with mild attacks if I do some stretches with arm over head and bending to the left I can get some relief.
