if you read down in the foot clapping piece, where it mentions a "bad kundalini experience" (nice way to put it :-)
it remined me of one of your early acupuncture exeriences...the way you characterized it.

so, this clapping is said to be (and really sounds) good for all such things--and also, for correcting any badly performed
Qi Gong.

Very interesting, eh? I think I'm going to add it to my regimen.
