It's really great to hear that your health is improving slowly but surely!Keep on at it.Concerning your knees,did you find the Moreless alkalising drink very beneficial for them?I have only recently paid attention to this forum and I'm very interested.I just got all the ingredients and for almost two weeks now I've been busy alkalising.I do have a lot of energy!I'm trying to put my husband on this drink too because he is experiencing knee problems...indeed I've got to change his whole lifestyle if he is to be helped.
