I am waiting to see a chiro. I want to give my body time to heal and plan on seeing an upper cervial chiro (nucca). The numbness is weird it tingles on the crown of my head. Looking back I realize I was vulnerable and trusted her to help me. I know all chiro's aren't like that. Any other advice would be appreciated.


My massage therapist suggested strengthening the upper back muscles gently on a ball.
