Hi John,

Wow! you both had amazing results. I am on my eight day of zapping and herbs while watching what I eat. I feel like a new girl. A
good amount of my pain has gone away. I gave up coffee and alcohol a month ago which surely helped the headaches, but the
first day I did the zapper my head felt much more normal. I have not had any stool release yet. Am I too anxious? or should I have
done the bowl cleanse first?

Also, where did you get your zapper and which one is it?

Do you know if you can zap your neck, shoulders, ear and head? I have the deLux Zapper with the velcro straps.

Also, is three times a day after meals the proper amount? Can you over zap? I have read most of the book and done some browsing
but still not sure. Hope you can help me.
