I think the "key" is to break the eczema cycle.
We know that our auto-immune system responds to "threats" by releasing white blood cells. The nature of white blood cells can cause an "over reaction" or inflammatory response.
The problem in a nut-shell is you need to control the "symptoms" of eczema reducing inflammation and your auto-immune system response to the rash and itching.
