It's good to hear you are able to overcome your obstacle and not drown in it. I have found stress drops my at LEAST a point. Anyway, wanted to ask. Is it possible to get too much calcium? I went to a therapist this week who told me I was severely low on calcium and oils. When I go to buy calcium the only ones that test good for me are in liquid form. I think I posted one of them I am taking to you by Floradix. Anyway, can I accidentally overdue the mg? Im not great at knowing dosage for myself, just knowing what products work for me.
