Wow , that was back in May that i asked that . since then i've started using Young Living Oils . i also got the Peppermint Oil that i take with water . how much do you use ? i just shake some in , sometimes i got a little to much in it but still good . anything else you use that you could recommend ? and thanks for the response ............. TBO
