Wow! Improvements have been spectacular- my skin looks really, really nice,smooth and clear and a healthy flush (glowing!) My head is clear-no post-nasal drip, seem to be much less mucus, tho after a pull things are draining quite a bit. I also feel energetic and seem to be quicker to smile, my mood is relaxed and less intense.I am not worrying as much about things!
I started with olive with a few drops of oregano, but just switched to sesame (also with oregano)and noticed more white foam-I can keep pulling the sesame longer it seems, its more pleasant. I'm currently on a 5 day break from my parasite cleanse regime and added a bowel cleansing for 5 days. 3rd Liver Flush scheduled for the weekend. The oil pulling has been such a noticable benefit I just had to share! I am completely devoted to this therapy-it really works!
