Hey, there! We're exposed to heavy metals on a daily basis, particularly with regard to our "modern" methods of fertilizing, processing practices, etc. However, you may find it interesting to know that we can actually get arsenic from chicken! In order for chickens to be healthy, they must ingest a certain amount of arsenic! Can you believe it?

I'm a painter and potter and exposed to all sorts of heavy metals, daily. After reading your post, I think I'd better check out some whole-body cleansing processes! I wear a particle respirator when mixing ceramic glazes, but I'm still exposed to a number of toxic compounds. Any suggestions? THANKS!
