if you're going to be fasting or just beggining..you may have ALOT of detox symptoms for awhile,depending on your current health conditions.If you decided to do a Colon Cleanse during the WD expect to be cleaned out REAL quick,especially after starting it for about a week then doing a fully cleanse,you'd be suprised at what you get out!
