Hey girls hope u don’t mind if I join the fast with you. I wanna do the Water Fast however I cant stop my coffee or diet soda. When I did the fast in Sep/Oct I lost over 20 lbs. I didn’t have to give up my coffee or soda either. I didn’t even exercise. But since then I ate everything in sight I know bad bad. But this time around I wanna keep the weight off. I am 5’4 180 ;(.

When I had lost about 10lbs people started to notice the weight loss…it was amazing.
