Thanks for your help. Really appreciate it. So which phase of subluxation degeneration am I in for cervical spine? Actually what caused this?For lumbar spine I think it is due to heavy things that I used to carry for my work.But I am not sure about cervical spine. Thanks for your other recommendations. I am trying to do more yoga. Do you think this will help my condition improve besides chiropractic adjustments.
