If you are allergic to nuts or seeds, then I think you should find a different oil!! I mean it. A healing reaction maybe, but do you really want to chance that?

Seriously. What kind of oil do you use for cooking?

Maybe hemp oil will work for you. It's an unreal oil pulling oil. It's terribly expensive, and is heavy, but it will give you more bang for your buck than any other oil.

Sometimes the term "healing reaction" is bandied about, but in reality, you just may be reacting to something your body is screaming STOP. I just had this reaction to a face cream with antioxidants in it. I thought for about a day...healing reaction...but the hives on my chest, and swollen eyes screamed, stop this you idiot.....

So you must obey your body. Sad as it is, I think you should stay away from the nuts and seed oils. Do not despair, there are more out there. Perhaps you will find one that we haven't thought of yet.
