I would stop with all the fasting and cleansing if you are trying to conceive. This can add unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation. Too much cleansing on an ongoing basis can be as hard on the body as constant toxicity. Cleanse in moderation and give your body a break. In between eat a good diet that will help your body to naturally keep itself clean.

If you are looking for an herbal answer to the polyp try Pau d'Arco, it is known for shrinking polyps.
