I'm inclined to believe that it does work. I have been doing it for about 3 weeks and at the time had discoid exzema on my face. I have just noticed that my skin looks really creamy and soft. One zit or tag on my face seems to be disappearing too!

I am also doing liver cleanses, zapping, eating organic and taking supplements, but my gut tells me it is the oil pulling.

My 6th cleanse starts on Friday and it is after the cleanse that my skin looks its worst. We'll see for sure next week.
