I did my first flush this past weekend (Fri-Sat) and on Monday I went to my rolfer (structural integration). She worked on me and out of the blue told me that my liver was inflamed.

I am wondering is this a normal thing, during a flush you really work your liver so is it a common experience to need a few days for it to get back to normal? Could I have hurt it in any way?
