Thanks for this info. It makes a lot of sense. I've been trying to think of anyway to make the Liver Flush go smoother. I have what I believe to be gallstone attacks and have to very careful of my diet. I am learning what sets it off but it really restricts what I can eat. Fortunately fruit is not a problem. : )
