Hello,
Hang in there. I've had mine out for 3 weeks and a bit, each week I feel a bit better, but I still have episodes of moodswings, bloating, irritability, cramping etc..... I can tell that its going to take a few real periods to get back to normal. I still don't think I've had a real one. I am thinking the longer you had it in the longer it will take to get back to normal, how long did you have yours in? I had mine in for 1.5 years. I always feel better after exercising....I feel like it might be sweating it out more quickly or something?!
