I use Thieves Oil all the time for everything from sore throat, cough or just every day a couple drops on bottoms of each foot as an immune booster. The oil is a therapeutic blend (absolutely 100% pure and can be ingested...only because of it's purity) I am a substitute teacher so I'm exposed to various germs, viruses, etc. on a daily basis and wouldn't be without my Thieves...
