I have been sick for over 30 days with an illness no one can seem to figure out after arriving back from a trip to Vietnam. I did water fasting, juice eating and fasting, EVERYTHING. 2 nights ago I did a liver cleanse for the first time.

This morning I woke up and did oil swishing with olive oil. Maybe its my imagination but its the first time in ALL THIS TIME ---- I FEEL GREAT. Totally better, symptom free. Could it be from the oil pulling???

I still don't know much about it - is there anything more to it then just using olive, coconut, sunflower or sesame oil - 1 tblspn and swishing it for 20 mins first thing in the morning? Is there anything else for me to know?
