More cayenne is always a good thing. Many of us around here do 1/4 Tsp of 90,000 HU cayenne per drink as a matter of course. I don't understand the "kicking in" thing. especially on day 2. What are you expecting to happen?

Read the Detox Stages in the FAQs for an idea on the cleansing timeline. The body is just begining to hit it's cleansing stride around day 8 and it takes around 15 days before cleansing starts taking place at the cellular level. 10 day MC is just the minimum recomended so don't expect any miracles.
