Dear all,

I had the Mirena removed two weeks ago. Bled for a few days. Tummy was flat again within the first week and friends commented my face was much thinner which I was pleased about as had felt so bloated before. However, I have had permanent headache and still no sex drive returned. I am constantly anxious and have no motivation, just want to sleep all the time. Feel very very low and worried about everything. Can't bear to be around anybody. I was hoping this would all disappear after removal. Did anybody else suffer still after removal? If so did the symptoms lift and when? I am really at my wits end and just want the "old me" back again. Would give anything. Doc has me on Buspirone for the anxiety and Mirtazepine for the Depression but just make me drowsy and sick.
I wish you all much success with your problems and if anybody reading this is considering this then I would say DON'T DO IT. Especially if you have ever suffered with hormonal problems before with the pill or had PMS.
Any feedback greatly appreciated as I think I have lost my other half through all of this and don't think we will ever get back to normal. I don't even know what's real anymore. Very very sad.
