me personaly, i jumped into it right away .one meal and all,but admitingly i did eat junk food for the first few months- but i was 23 at the time so it's not a big deal.
as far as the calcium- what do you eat in terms of getting calcium into your diet?


i am the only person that i know of in my daily life that practices such a diet
