Someone just pointed it out and since what happened to me, I wanted to repost it.

I started flushing almost 4 years ago, needed surgery and just jumped in, without any preparation or knowledge. I am more scared of surgery than flushing.

What I learned: after a few months I found out about other cleanses and improved lifestyle. Took me some time to get the hang of it, since there are so many different protocols. I mainly followed Andreas Moritz and also met with him.

What happened to me, don't forget I knew nothing I was only here for gallbladder problems, so everything for the better was a surprise to me.

Got rid off lifelong allergies (I was 67 at that time), got off 40 years of using pep pills for energy, got off 15 years of using 3 anti-depressants and gave up the lipitor, high BP medication, hormone therapy.

My mother had Gallstones and SAD but never had surgery and died when she was 86,
of course we did not have computers at that time.

After 3 1/2 years, I am still making changes in my eating style. Learned more about metabolic typing, oxygen, alkalinity, urine therapy etc. And read Owen's site http://owen.curezone.com since he believes in Andreas but feels you should also use supplements. I use a minimum of supplements, but before I used hardly any.
