Hello Super,

My physician prescribed these essences for Irritable Bowels Syndrome. I start to believe that what I have are not essential oils but essences. It seems that some people use these two words interchangeably but they are different. Jean Valnet seems to do that in his book. Anyway, thank you for your help.
