Hello Super,

I have been taking these oils by mouth now for 2 years and they have been working quite well for me. As I mentionned, they have been prescribed by a M.D. Jean Valnet in his book "The practice of aromatherapy" also gives guidlines to use the essential oils orally. Perhaps the essences that he is referring to are not the essential oils that I am speaking of. Can you confirm this last point?
