Hello - I recommend waiting 90 days before you do another parasite cleanse. You can in the meantime include 1/4 teaspoon each of garlic, onion, sage, thyme, ginger, cinnamon and garlic in your daily food. These will help keep the critters at bay, but they will not create super parasites.
