I hate to be negative but all I read is one person after the other that this works but not for this person to nothing works tried everything. The web can be a bad thing at times I think. Does anybody have any proof of what really works. I am tired of all these promises from these doctors websites they have all the cures don't they?????.

I know I have this thing but I don't know how to get rid of it. Not sure what to do anymore.
