Yes I did. In fact, this is the best I've felt in a long time. I've had more energy than I've had in a while and a lot less brain fog. I also seem to be in a generally better mood. I've also noticed my nails seem to be strengthening (they're typically very brittle and thin with major ridges both horizontally and vertically). These are all major changes in my book.

I also need to take into account that I've been doing the alkalizing drink for the past 4 days. However, I experienced all of the above benefits befre I started the drink. My skin has started clearing up a bit since I started the drink.
