I've been oil pulling 2 1/2 months now, and I just had my first "normal" period in a long, long time. Over 13 years. Only now I'm having less pain than I used to. Lasted five days, predictable flow, tapered off with brownish discharge last day. Minimal to no PMS.

I think the oil pulling has helped remove excess estrogen and estrogen mimicing toxins from my system, allowing my body to normalize. Previously I had fibroid symptoms -- family history, abnormally heavy periods, losing large clots of material, random bleeding, pain, and so on. Anemia, hysterectomy recommendation, etc.

I am thrilled to be getting healthier. :) Now if only exercising was as painless as oil-pulling! Ha ha.
