About the still getting worms out! I inspect my waste with a plastic fork, I don^t know what my other half must think of all this. he sees me disappearing into the bathroom armed with plastic fork, bleach and enema kit! My insomnia issues are still not sorted. I envy my boyfriend who lies next to me and falls asleep straight away while I lie there thinking 'please god let me go to sleep'. i think insomnia probably has a few different causes. I am going to see a dentist soon ( a biological one) and get checked for cavitations where my wisdom teeth have been taken out. I know these are on the same channel as the heart, pituitary gland etc and can cause problems. Something tells me this is the answer to my problem, as used to sleep fine before having them taken out!
