Sounds like a complex of issues.

Possible estrogenic imbalance, maybe adrenal exhaustion coupled with thyroid issues. Maybe liver issues too (oily skin), almost definite imbalance of nutrients, which would contribute to spasms, lack of periods, teeth grinding could be parasites or related to stress.

Can you have a basic metabolic panel of blood tests done and post the results?
Do you have an visible physical symptoms, tongue, eyes, bags under the eye, stretch marks, spider veins etc?

She is someone that I have learnt a lot from and respect highly in the world of nutrition! Very balanced and has a good section of FAQs with information.

Obviously stay with Curezone and start doing some research, but repeating your above post on Shelleys forum would be a good way to have some other opinions on how to re-balance yourself as quickly and painlessly as possible.
