one more thing I forgot to add.. that that I also get flares of sebbohetic dermatitis of the scalp and around the nostrils, plus a rash, plus papules when I eat refined carbs or sugar, these seem like yeast symptoms yet natural antifungals have not helped. Topical antifungals have helped somewhat. Probiotics have helped too. Alkalizing has helped much also.

One other thing..my child who was born during this time has the same reactions to the same foods but they are very mild in comparison to mine- only her lips get dry and peel and she gets seb derm around her ears. She did have extreme insomnia for three months after she was born. Slept for only two hours a night and cried the rest. Colic they called it. She sleeps great now.
Yes this does sound like a calcium problem..hmmm
