My insomnia is so over the top that I had to do something.

And I don't think "pills just cover up the disease/symptom"....sometimes they are "just herbs with lab coats on" since no one can patent something that grows naturally out of the ground; they have to "tinker" a bit with it first and THEN get the patent and sell it. So.........

Doc put me on Ambien CR and I have discovered that the combo of HALF an Ambien and a WHOLE Benadryl (for that systemic itching side effect of migraine meds or Ambien).... works pretty good.


I still feel like crap from these migraines but at least I AM SLEEPING BETTER! WAY better!!
