Like others have said in this thread, you should take a serious look at the possibility that your system is being over-run by candida. Candida yeast's favorite foods are Sugar and alcohol. Hint, hint.

Every time you experience a craving for booze or carbs, it's really the yeast that's sending you the signal, manifesting itself as the "craving". Think about it.
