Man oh man, incense can instantly make me have a strong headache and nausea! It is unlike anything I've ever been around. In America I could just walk past a kiosk in the mall and feel terrible! But I could easily avoid that. In Asia there are many temples and mosques that use incense, plus people burn it on the sidewalk, sometimes it's in taxis, I never know when I will be exposed to it and it is always a nightmare for me. I am a person who never has headaches in general, maybe one or two a year usually from spinal subluxation or neck, chiropractic in nature, or perhaps a dehydration headache, always mild. So the fact that incense can immediately give me such a pounding headache is a very bad sign. I just thought I'd mention that. Many people don't consider the effect that smells can have on others, especially a few sensitive individuals.
