Hi Valerie, I am having my first colonic done on tuesday, and I am very nervous, I think I have a prolapsed transverse colon because of an iridology reading, and my severe bloating, I also think i have traped stones from the Liver Flush which is causing me to be very toxic and my condition of severe fatigue worsens recently. I try to massage my belly every day because its very hard, and it takes like 30 mins to soften it. Any calming words? I am also nevous that my severe bloating will cause pain when i have my colonic.
