I'm a broke college student, now I'm trying to save up money towards my health. I finally came up with a few hundred dollars and can't decide what to do with it. Should I do some colonic sessions? Buy a colon cleaning kit like colonix?

Or the other thing on my mind is a juicer. What do you guys think should be my first step.

I have had chronic constipation forever now, have yeast over growth, leaky gut, low memory, anxiety, insomnia, acne, etc...

So whats should be my first step?
