Re time - candigest is recommended to be taken on an empty stomach, otherwise the enzymes would digest food.
With these things I usually double the dosage, but I do like to 'make sure'. Therefore I would welcome proffesionals thoughts re this! Antifungals can stress the liver but im not sure enzymes in abundance is a bad thing (much like probiotics).
I would take last thing at night then maybe twice more daily between meals.
