Flash Cards!!!! They work great with memorization problems. They may start slow at first but unconcsiously, all that you see on the flash cards are registered by your brain and memory.

Another way is just to create a story out of an entire list you need to remember for the day. Associate all the items with one another until you have a story. It's easier to remember things this way since the story create motion and motion triggers actitivity for the mind.
