Definitely Big Pharma should NOT be singled out.

The corruption in the tobacco industry is very plain. There is so much damn corruption in other areas as well- Government, politics, education, even Organized religion-- including protestant organized religion.

Anything mankind gets their hands on becomes corrupted over time due to Greed--which they justify by saying "it makes the World go round" Bullcrap! It makes the World trip over itself in one Dead End!

This is why I choose the simple natural route. Not necessarily buying tons of vitamins and natural gizmos from companies- but just simply learning how to detox my life of man made pollution and corruption. As well as only putting natural, unprocessed- uncontaminated foods and nutrients into or ON my body.

Following Nature as a guideline, I make sure to sleep early anymore, and wake up early.

Eat more raw organic fruits and vegetables. Drink clean- unadulterated water.

Stay away from processed foods which are contaminated with factory solvents, fillers, MSG, etc.

Walk more, stretch more.-- laugh and relax more!

These are the things i've taken for granted -but had to Re-learn in my life, and that is not Snake oil, my friend!
