Someone (NOT ME) with bronchi/lung problems, inflmation in the bronchi tubes, mucusy, thick spit feeling first thing in the morning that makes them want to hack it up and spit.

Oil Pulled for about 5 days with unrefined, organic Sesame Oil, only lasted for about 3 minutes.


Since then, they're more phlegm-ish, lots of thick white foamy spit after hacking, hard to get up half the time it ends up back down their throat and they cough and hack more throughout the day instead of just in the morning.


Do you think there's a connection?
