These types of articles, which have been around for a while now, but are obviously increasing in occurrence, are a very real attempt to establish controls and regulations on alternative cancer treatments and put them into the hands of those who would make BIG $$$$ on them such as the pharmaceutical companies, which are buying up the supplement companies and the governments. They also tend to suggest that you can live the way you are living and changes DO NOT make a difference. What a bunch of crap.

Although there may be some truth in the article in that some people in desperation do tend to accept the promises and only take one or two alternative paths in the hope of a cure, most patients would see great benefit with a shotgun approach, i.e. cleansing, parasite, bowel, kidney, liver\gall bladder, pancreas, lymph, water therapies, complete change in diet and\or juice fasting, leading to pH balancing, sunshine and fresh air, getting rid of all toxins in their houses, changing their attitude and outlook on life, and possibly whole food supplementation.

No one knows what to believe any more due to the confusion perpetrated by the companies wanting to make money and the media and their poor excuse for reporting. In addition, unfortunately there ARE unscrupulous people and businesses, including big pharma and government agencies that will take advantage of that.
